An easy 45 minutes over the Snowy Range to Saratoga and the prestigious Old Baldy Club. 2 ½ hours to the outstanding ski resort of Steamboat Springs, CO. The property is sited on two acres with a 1/12th share of the remaining 98 acres. The common area provides direct access to a relatively little used portion of the Medicine Bow National Forest.
