LOCATION: Brown's Creek Angus Ranch Location Approximately 17 miles northwest of Laramie, Wyoming; just off I-80 and Hwy 12. IMPROVEMENTS: A restored 2-story log home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a large sun porch, patio and fireplace provide for the current owner's residence. An additional smaller restored log home provides living quarters for extra help around the ranch. Two separate sets of working corrals are found on the ranch. The first at the main headquarters include a large calving barn, working chute with scales, vet room, and small shop. The second set of improvements is located 2 miles to the north in the summer pastures where a full set of corrals, working chute, horse barn, and large mechanics shop provide all the necessary facilities to operate a successful ranch. PRODUCTION: The Ranch has operated in different capacities, both as a cow calf operation and as a summer yearling enterprise.
